It is important to remember that affirmations are the beginning to your journey of self-love and are not limited to just one time use. Positivity brings more positivity. It helps the way that you interact with the world around you and in turn how the world around you interacts with you. This means that you should practice these affirmations consistently in order to begin to breed that positivity in your mind, body, and soul as it begins to grow. This will take time. It will not happen overnight. The more you consistently try to breed these positive thoughts, the more they will begin to grow and take form.

Routine for Self Love Affirmations

You should use these affirmations to begin your day in order to set out on the right foot in the mornings. Positive thinking begins as soon as you wake up. Have them written down in your journal or diary. Prepare the night before with one affirmation from this list that you are going to decide that you will recite throughout the following day. Just as you would recap the day and the positive outcomes, so to should you recap the negative or neutral thoughts and experiences. Do not dwell on them, but review how and why they occurred and what you can do next. It is not about preventing negative experiences, as every day will have those experiences whether you like it or not. It is about entrusting yourself and your ability to manage those negative experiences and overcome them. Work towards a more positive future using these positive affirmations.

At night, recite the self-love affirmation of the day that you chose to breed those positive thoughts for a good night rest. Allow all of the negativity to exit so they no longer are with you for your sleep. And choose the next positive affirmation for the following day so that you can wake up and not have to worry about a choice. The choice has already been made for you and you can immediately begin your positive affirmation as soon as you wake up without thought.

This routine will help you through your self-love journey. It will help you breed that positivity and continue it into your future. There may be difficult times, but you can work through those.
